Part of the deteriorating bow of the Tacoma
The Tacoma was a 73 foot tugboat built before the turn of the century.  Steam powered.  She sank in 1929.  The Tacoma is just south of the 68th street crib in 35 feet of water.  It is about 50% intact with a large boiler, steam engine, and prop visible along with some of the hull structure.
The flame tubes of the boiler.  At certain times of the year each tube has its own resident spawning Goby.
